He has over 8 years of hands-on experience in steel and power plant electrical operations, having worked with leading companies such as Tata Metaliks, Neo Metaliks, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries, Arjas Steel, and most recently, Prakash Sponge Iron Pvt. Ltd.

Sudhansu is known for his dedication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and quality. He ensures timely project execution with proper planning, discipline, and a professional work approach.

Sonjoy Das is a Co-Founder of S&S Electrosteel Works and leads the Planning Team. He plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction and operational planning of the company.
